1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ab99.asia ("ab99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of ab99.asia — including cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot games, the Royal Fishing section, sports betting, or any payment facility — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ab99 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of ab99.asia, regardless of location, device, or mode of access. They supplement and should be read in conjunction with the ab99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ab99.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

ab99 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting, casino, or gaming activity on ab99.asia. By creating an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

ab99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification — at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending document submission. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Additionally, you represent that you are not:

• A resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• An employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ab99 or any ab99 affiliated entity;
• A person who has previously been self-excluded from ab99 or any affiliated gambling platform.

3. Account Registration

To access ab99's betting and gaming services, you must register a single personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration you must provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number (03xx format) which will serve as your primary ab99 login identifier;
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older;

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the ab99 account cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ab99 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. ab99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed by ab99 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to:

• Satisfactory completion of any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements;
• No pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawable balance;
• No active security review or account investigation.

ab99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Funds deposited from third-party accounts not registered in your name will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ab99 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category — cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, and Royal Fishing. Product-specific rules are displayed within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all ab99 products include:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. ab99 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted, except where the platform exercises discretion under rule 5.3 below.
2. ab99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's ab99 account balance.
3. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game result, the ab99 decision — based on official result sources and, for casino games, certified RNG logs — shall be final and binding.
4. Maximum payout limits per event and per account may apply. Current limits are displayed within the ab99 platform.
5. ab99 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ab99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer on the ab99 platform. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani users aged 18+ only;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• ab99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice;
• Multiple accounts, suspected collusion, or systematic bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab99 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the ab99 platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ab99 platform;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the ab99 platform or its content;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ab99.asia — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, odds data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of ab99 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ab99 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any ab99 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab99 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ab99 platform;
• Losses resulting from interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or regulatory actions;
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer processing;
• Any loss of data, account information, or bet history resulting from circumstances beyond ab99's reasonable control.

ab99's total aggregate liability to any single user in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user during the same period.

10. Responsible Gaming

ab99 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling may be becoming harmful are strongly encouraged to use these tools, accessible via the account settings section of ab99.asia.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ab99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• The user has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A self-exclusion request has been processed;
• The account has been inactive for a period in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• ab99 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance — net of applicable bonus obligations and any outstanding investigation — will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ab99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the ab99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ab99 operates. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
